The Pilates Company was established in 2003 to provide the best quality classes at a reasonable cost. Our Hampton Studio offers semi-private Pilates sessions using high quality equipment with an incredible team of highly trained Pilates coaches from a range of backgrounds and training.

Marena & Chris (the owners of the Pilates Company) have been involved in Pilates since the mid 1980’s and as well as owning two Melbourne Studios, their sister company ‘Positive Action – Global Training Systems’ runs a range of courses in both Australia and New Zealand teaching instructors the Pilates Principles.
