Positive Action – Global Training Systems know that time and money is very valuable to fitness instructors, many of whom do fitness instructing part time.

Some Pilates courses cost thousands of dollars and expect you to do hundreds of hours of “Apprentice Teaching” and “Observation” before you are qualified; and even when you get your qualification you will only be allowed to teach to a maximum of 15 people.

We know that you know how to teach, we know that you know how to instruct, we know that you know how to prescribe exercise. We know you just want to get started.

Positive Action – Global Training Systems teaches you the principles and techniques of Pilates along with a number of great Pilates exercises and then you can get started on your Pilates journey. When YOU are ready you can add our other Pilates courses on top of what you already know. Our training is both Cost and Time effective.
